Know your generator will be ready when you need it
MobileLink is the new cellular remote monitoring system from Generac® that lets you check on your standby generator’s status, or receive timely notifications when something is needed, using you computer, tablet or smartphone. With MobileLink, you’ll always know exactly what your generator is doing – or not doing.
How It Works
When the generator experiences a change in status, MobileLink sends an update to MobileLinkGen.com, which forwards that information via website, email or text message – automatically. These notifications can be sent to you as well as your Authorized Service Dealer, Franklin Electric.
Affordable. Reliable. Easy.
MobileLink‘s cellular-based technology offers significant advantages over existing alternatives:
- Lowest cost of any cellular monitoring solution
- Cellular technology provides broad coverage nationwide
- Cellular network self-configuration eliminates complicated set-up and maintenance.
- Installs in less than 15 minutes and remarkably easy to use.
- OEM design for reliability and accuracy.
I have my generator maintained regularly, why would I need MobileLink?
While regular maintenance is key to keeping your generator ready to run when needed, problems can occur between maintenance visits. Mobile Link ensures that you, as well as Franklin Electric, are notified and can proactively address these unforeseen issues before they create a problem.
